Terms and Conditions

* You have to be 18 years old or older to have any form of permanent makeup.

* Prices are subject to change.

* Aella Aesthetic requires a non-refundable booking fee of £50 at the time of making a booking to secure an appointment. The deposit will be offset against the total price of the services.

* Aella Aesthetic requires a minimum of 48 hours notice in order to reschedule an appointment or the non-refundable booking fee will be kept and another will be required to secure a new appointment. No exceptions will be made for last minute rescheduling.

* Cancellations or no shows to appointments will resort in you losing your booking fee.

* Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes to any bookings will result in rescheduling your appointment with a further booking fee be charged.

* If you are pregnant then you cannot undergo the treatment under any circumstance. If you arrive for your initial treatment and are pregnant, your initial treatment will not be carried out, for your own safety. This will incur loss of deposit. You will have to book in at a later date, this notwithstanding, provided you are no longer pregnant or breastfeeding.

•In the event that you become pregnant between your initial treatment and your follow-up session, the follow-up session will not be carried out.

* If you have had any permanent makeup procedure carried out elsewhere previously, you will be required to send clear images of the areas affected. Aella Aesthetic has the right to refuse to treat you if it is not considered in your best interests and will inform you of this decision.

* Your treatment will NOT be refunded under any circumstance.

* Payments are accepted by bank transfer or cash, instalments and discounts are not applicable.
